Congratulations!! You're one of the top 1,000 REALTORS in the Greater Nashville area! We are thrilled to be able to celebrate with you by producing this publication. You are the best of the best. Your dedication to the industry and to your clients deserves to be celebrated. For most people on this list, 2021 was a record-breaking year. Be sure you take some time to reflect on all you were able to achieve in 2021 and then go shatter your own record in 2022!

Did you know that there are over 19,000 users of the local NILS? The vast major-ity of those are in Middle Tennessee. You are in the top 5% of all agents! That is an incredible accomplishment. Share this recognition on your social media platforms and with your clients. To help facilitate sharing this, we emailed you a badge you can use on social media, in your signature line and anywhere else you want. We also love it when you tag us!

How did we select the top 1,000? It's all based on publicly available data. We waited until the last week of December to compile the list to get the most accurate results. We narrow the results to agents within about a 45 -minute radius from downtown. When making the list we limited it to Realtors who practice general real estate.

We removed builder reps. out-of-state investment companies and digital companies without a local market presence. We wanted to capture a clear list of the industry leaders.

The list is sorted by office and alpha-betically. Again, it retlects data from the last week in December. There's a chance someone has moved offices between the times we produced, printed and mailed it.

If you're new to the Real Producers family - welcome! Our monthly publication celebrates and highlights some of the top producing agents, the rising stars and the icons in the real estate industry. Our goal is always to connect, inform and inspire our Real Producers community. We believe connecting with other top perform-ers elevates the industry as a whole.
